A promise is trackable when it is concrete and falsifiable: tied to a specific action, not a rhetorical aspiration.

Examples of trackable: “I will vote against X bill,” “I will sponsor Y legislation,” “I will not raise taxes on families earning under $Z.”

Human-in-the-loop guarantee: No crowdsourced submission is published automatically.
